Ellie Meyrowitz PT, DPT, OCS
Ellie grew up riding the ski slopes of Idaho before heading to the Midwest and the University of Indiana on a swimming scholarship (still a part of several school records). She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indiana and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University (Fla.). Ellie continued her post graduate education through training in three distinct disciplines of manual therapy: osteopathic manual manipulation through the Ola Grimsby Institute and NAIOMT. Ellie’s philosophy of treating patients involves the balance of manual therapy and exercise to correct movement dysfunctions. Ellie is a leader in Rebound’s Women’s Health Program and has a particular interest in helping the female athlete / runner. She is also the lead PT for Rebound’s REP biomechanics lab practicing from Rebound’s West location in both the clinic and lab. Ellie, along with Jen Luebke, lead REP’s Performance and Biomechanics Strength classes at the REP lab. A certified RRCA running coach, Ellie continues to be an avid outdoor athlete and is enjoying with her family all the activities Central Oregon has to offer.
